A man once told me I was sexist. This was in relation to a comment I had made about a female friend we had in common. I was shocked to be thus confronted, but it started me on a journey of self-reflection that continues to this day, 40 years later.

I found this article very stimulating, since it goes to the heart of how we change male abusive behavior in the business and social settings. I think it requires confrontation, by the woman and/or by an ally. And we should be prepared to “name and shame” if necessary.
